Storing Our Necessities - Music Technology Classroom
Help me give my students a space where they can create music freely in the first Music Technology and Production classroom that Tucson has to offer. We will be utilizing the items listed as storage for our equipment.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
These items will provide a space for my students to store and secure their MIDI keyboards, and headphones, and protect their hearing from excess reverberation in the classroom.
As the first dedicated Music Technology classroom in Arizona, we require shelving and hooks to keep our items in specific and safe spaces when school is out.
This protects our equipment from external staff or students who may be using our computer lab as a shortcut through the school, or utilizing the computer lab unsupervised.
It is also important that our classroom develops a form of soundproofing as the library is next door to us. With loud recordings and students recording their vocals at differing volumes, reducing the wall vibrations will help the neighboring classes and library stay silent and capable of learning.
