My students are excited to be back in school, even if it is from home. These 6th graders are ready to learn, ready to figure out how this distance learning works, and full of wonder and excitement.
My students come into our online class with so many different home situations but are willing to make things work with what they have.
They are bright eyed and bushy tailed to learn as much as they can in our study skills class! I can't wait to help them learn tools to be successful this year!
My Project
These materials will change the way we tell our stories! Giving students the opportunity to research and write stories about our island home, feel connected to something greater than just themselves, and illustrate those stories is what we do in this class.
