My Students

First graders are curious and hands-on learners! They love school, moving around, exploring, and working together! This is the third year that our school has been open and my second year there.

Our school is home to around 700 students with many different backgrounds.

From students whose parents grew up in the area, to students whose parents are in the military, to students whose parents moved to the area because of the schools . . . they all have these things in common: learning, collaborating and succeeding!

My Project

My students need a store and charge system for Chromebooks. We used our Chromebooks daily. My students do digital lessons in various subjects on them. We need the Chromebooks to be charged nightly. The problem is where do we put them?

A Store and Charge system will help to keep the classroom neat and teach the students how to correctly use the Chromebooks!

I do not like my first grade students to have to step over cords because of safety. Also, having a place to put the Chromebooks will make our classroom more organized. This will help with learning for all of my students!
