Most of our kindergarteners enter the classroom with limited experiences. My students are faced with several challenges both in and out of the classroom. Despite the many challenges they face, I am looking to keep things simple and provide my students with creative and meaningful learning experiences.
My students are hard working, loving, and energetic five and six year olds.
They come to school every day with a smile on their face ready to learn. They make everyday fun, exciting, and new!
My Project
Our classroom is in need of sturdy organizational tubs that can be readily accessible for literacy and math work stations. We have a variety of different materials that will be used throughout the school year to help enhance our learning.
Having tubs for better storage of materials will help maximize learning for all!
My kindergarten students will use these tubs everyday to practice independent skills and to complete their work during literacy and math work stations. Workstations are an important part of developing the skills students need for reading, writing, and problem solving.
Having a safe way to store all the different materials will make for better transitions and experiences for all students.
