My Students
My fourth grade class is comprised of 28 amazing students. Our school serves students from Kindergarten through eighth grade and is a title one school and all students are eligible to receive free lunches.
My students love to read and I have tried to set up an inviting reading area.
We have three benches and some pillows for students to relax while they read. We also added a brand new carpet this year and a comfortable rocking chair. Now, we are in desperate need of a way to organize our books and take care of them.
My Project
Our students love to read and need a storage system so that they can easily find leveled books to read. With this storage system, students will be able to sort our books by levels and then find appropriate books to read independently.

I think reading is so important and finding ways to make it enjoyable is important. One of my students' favorite things to do is read on our reading benches. I would like to help them find books on their level easier. This storage system is a great way to organize all our books and it will look great next to our reading benches.
