Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Students in my Crafts and Ceramics classes create many three dimensional art projects such as various clay projects, mosaics and pillows to name a few. Many works created cannot be stored in their folders or on a flat drying rack like two-dimensional art.
Having two large storage cabinets to store students' larger and heavier works, will allow for them to be kept overnight securely, minimizing the dangers of other students stepping on or breaking things as well as taking the wrong one.
This has been a common issue over the past few years of teaching this course in this classroom. I am hoping to solve this by being able to store their works in a closed cabinet with your help.
