My Project
I am the music teacher and my school does not provide any paper other than copier paper. It needs to come out of my budget, I borrow it from others or I purchase it myself.
I make manipulatives for my students, which can take a lot of paper to make class sets for 5 grade levels. The cardstock paper, construction paper, and poster board would last me a few years. I would not use the resources of others and I can use my meager budget for musical things. Also, storage for small instruments is vital and expensive.
