Help me give my students an opportunity to complete a creative learning project using an iPad stand and materials to create a stop motion animation to show students' learning using different modalities.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Students will create a stop motion video using the materials such as paper, markers, and crayons. Students will plan and create drawings that will help students explain how Earth’s features have changed over time based on observations of fossils found today. This activity gives students a voice about which fossil they would like to learn about through inquiry-based learning. Students will research their fossil, and then will then create and design a plan for the Stop Motion animation. Through storytelling, students will explain how the Earth’s features have changed over millions of years.
The goal for this project is to get students excited about STEM, research, and writing.
This will also give different students an opportunity to explain what they have learned using different modalities. This activity will give students an opportunity to collaborate and learn from one another. What is exciting about this Stop Motion video is that students will be using it for other subjects like social studies and literature.
My students love to learn about new things. About eighty-five percent of students qualify for free lunch, and the majority of them do not have any access or technology at home. The only technology that they have access to is the technology at school. This project will give students additional exposure to technology in the classroom and help build confidence in themselves and their capabilities using technology. By donating to this project, you will help our students increase their motivation, confidence, and capabilities in STEM. This in turn will increase their academic achievement, increase their technology literacy, and confidence in using technology.
