Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The materials and supplies that I am requesting for my students already have a "home." In other words, I know exactly where everything will go. We just need your help in getting everything through our door! The shopping cart will be placed in the front of the classroom and used as an AM/PM snack and Lunch cart to and from the cafeteria a great tool to increase students' independence.
The science animal cycle of life posters will be placed in our science center at the front of our classroom and will help our little scientist's explorations run smoothly from day to day.
The tape will be used to tape summer school boxes we move yearly to a selected Extended School Year campus. A variety of paper bags will be used in projects throughout the school year to make puppets, snowflakes, and goodie bags on special days. Last, but not least the Chicka Chicka Boom Boom Books will be a great addition to our literacy center Book Club.
