Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Students meet with me in small groups (3-6 students) during our Reading/Language block so that I can meet them at their level. I am able to provide more individualized instruction in the small group setting.

Our guided reading space needs to be desirable and different!

Now, my students need the desired place to sit for their 30-minute reading group that allows them to focus on learning. One stool will be used during our small group. The other two stools will go along with a pub-height table for students to work individually. I hope that these stools will help make our guided reading space inviting.

While we are meeting in small groups, we will need a place to help organize our materials. Seatsacks fit right on the back of their chairs to hold books, spirals, Chromebooks, and headphones!
