My Project
I teach an amazing group of students who are full of curiosity, energy, and creativity. They come to class eager to learn and ready to engage, but we often run into a simple barrier—lack of basic supplies.
This project will provide us with bulk pencils, crayons, markers, colored pencils, Sharpies, and scissors.
These items are essentials in our classroom, used daily for writing assignments, interactive notebooks, creative projects, and reading activities. Whether they’re annotating texts with colored pencils, designing story maps with crayons and markers, or cutting out pieces for group projects, my students rely on these materials to fully participate in learning.
By stocking up on these basic but vital supplies, I can ensure every child has what they need to succeed—no matter their background. This project helps level the playing field and lets my students focus on what really matters: learning, growing, and expressing themselves.
