My Students
I am the proud teacher of 6-8 grade students with a passion for STEM. Together, the students and I have created an environment that supports sharing ideas, building trust, and passing no judgement through project based learning.
Students develop their engineering skills through the process of designing, prototyping, testing, and redesigning.
From spending their lunch periods to complete a project, to organizing a school wide Girls in STEM day, my students students are driven to push past boundaries and shatter expectations. These students have no limitations to their creativity and determination. With the proper tools, they can become an unstoppable force.
My Project
Serving over 450+ students, the STEM lab supplies begin to dwindle quickly. Whether it be a shortage of materials or tools becoming dull with wear and tear, it is time for a restock! In order to keep this lab up and running, students need constant access to various tools and materials.
Proper access to supplies ensures no student will be limited in their creativity of problem solving!
Our sixth graders in particular will benefit from this supply list! Rulers, dowels, and spools will enhance our projects and ensure no student is excluded. Wire cutters will aid all grades in various electrical lessons.
More than a third of students from low‑income households
Data about students' economic need comes from the National Center for Education Statistics, via our partners at MDR Education. Learn more
