My Project

My students are advanced readers who literally devour every novel I have. My students love to compete against other schools in a "reading bowl" competition. Some of these books are perfect for that competition.

Advanced readers need books with depth of character development, complex plot schemes, and rich language.

The books selected will assist in meeting those needs and encourage them to continue to advance their reading comprehension. These books will also aid in discussion and encourage them to expand their thinking by exploring other perspectives as they share analyses of the material.
