This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
We will use the stickers to give to students when they hit their academic goals. Students all receive a water bottle at the beginning of the year. They will be able to put the homemade stickers onto their water bottles to show off how much they are improving in their abilities. Our students work hard every day and continue to improve. The stickers will help this growth more visible to them and help remind the students each day to work towards their goals of improving their literacy.
These stickers will support our Badge Books.
The Badge Books are used by each student to track their growth throughout the year. The stickers will support in being a more visual way for the students to show off their learning and to feel proud of themselves!
