This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I teach over thirty PE classes each week to over 750 students. They are darling, happy, energetic, and love being physically active. However, many of our Title I students struggle socially and academically. I’ve created a personalized sticker page with each student’s name for every PE student. I use the sticker page to create a seating chart, remember student’s names, and encourage good behavior. My students love, love, love stickers. The sticker pages have created an amazingly well behaved classroom and has given me the opportunity to let each student know I truly care. I’ve also included voice amplifiers so my instructions carry across the gym.
