it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our students are always eager to express themselves creatively and take pride in their achievements. That's why we're requesting keychains and stickers as part of our Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) program. These items may seem small, but they play a significant role in promoting positive behavior and academic success.
Each keychain and sticker will be used as a reward for students who demonstrate responsibility, respect, and perseverance.
By offering these tangible tokens of achievement, we can motivate students to attend school more regularly and arrive on time, knowing that their efforts are recognized and celebrated. According to research, “students who feel valued and rewarded are 30% more likely to attend school consistently,” yet alarmingly, many students across the nation struggle with chronic absenteeism.
Our students are special because of their resilience and their commitment to improving themselves. With your support, we can provide the resources they need to stay motivated and engaged in their learning journey. Together, we can help them shine both inside and outside the classroom.
