My Students

My students are full of energy and have an excitement for learning. 21st century students are fully engaged in the world around them, so it's my job as an educator to meet them where they are at. They are lively, inquisitive, and problem-solvers. My students are awesome at working collaboratively. They all come from various backgrounds, but all share the love of exploration through technology by engaging in discussion, working on speaking and listening skills, and providing outlets for creative expression. These are things my students rock at.

My Project

My students are 21st century learners. They are always wanting to get on tablets or their phones to do research in our classroom. Our school has two labs that are available for use for our 1100 students. These laptops would change the game for our students. If they are purchased, we can worry less about booking the labs, and stay in our own classroom to complete assignments. We can also go completely paper less in the classroom by completing our assignments online. This would change my students’ classroom life for the better. It would also prepare them for real world application.
