My Project

My students are bright, funny, and awesome first graders about to the transition to the second grade! After spending this past school year watching them grow, I know that they are ready to be second graders! I am lucky enough to move with them to the second grade next year! I am so excited to continue to teach this group of students next year and help them grow!

This project includes the necessary supplies and books we will need for 2nd grade literacy and social studies instruction.

Our reading curriculum uses real texts that students can connect to, and visualize themselves in with characters that look like them! We need extra books so each student can have a book in their hand during instruction.
