My Project
Help me give my students pedometers to encourage physical activity, promote healthy lifestyle habits, and support our physical education and wellness initiatives. The pedometers will allow students to set personal fitness goals, track their daily steps, and develop a better understanding of the importance of regular movement.
The pedometers will not only promote and increase engagement in physical activities, but they will also foster a sense of responsibility and awareness around health and well-being.
Knowing how many steps they’ve taken gives students a sense of accomplishment and motivation. My goal is to help students take ownership of their health. EVERY STEP COUNTS!
