My Students

The students in my class come from many diverse backgrounds. My students speak many different languages. In our school alone, there are over forty languages spoken. Some of our students have not had any formal schooling in their home language. They come to our school where they will learn a new language on top of their school assignments. My students work so hard to learn how to read, write, add, and subtract. They could really use the additional tools to help them be successful!

My Project

These STEM books and bins will help my students explore and build with STEM! We will incorporate literature to inspire students to build different projects and explore new ideas! Having a variety of materials will give my students choice and ownership over their creations, and ensure that we have enough materials to share!

My students are so excited to explore stem and build new creations, and this project will allow us to do that!

STEM is the future for my students and I hope to inspire them to create, explore, and make new things for their future! We can't wait to explore with these new things!
