STEMing for Success

Help me give my students supplies for STEM activities so they can learn and explore while having fun.

My Project

Instead of being greeted with a worksheet or a screen, I want my students to start each morning talking, building, thinking, and creating. Morning Choice Time will give my 2nd graders a daily opportunity to build the crucial creative problem-solving skills that will allow them to pursue further explorations in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math. It also will provide them a chance to socialize and emotionally settle into the school day. This sets them up for success in the school day.

They get engaged in the STEM activity and begin to leave all the worries, problems, and struggles behind - all while learning.

I am also going to use this project to test to see if I can have better attendance by having this as their morning work instead of bookwork. I believe that attendance will get better because they will want to be here and participate while exploring. Please help me make this happen for my students by funding the STEM activity sets that I have chosen.
