My Students

My students are precious and very active kindergarten boys and girls! They are always appreciative and thankful for the things they get! My students love their school and love to learn new things! Our school is a magnet school focused on inquiry- based instruction, creativity, and 21st Century Learning. Our mission is to promote excellence in learning through teamwork, character, research, and rigorous creative experiences. We encourage students to develop questions, research and discover the answers to their questions, then present what they have learned in creative ways. All students are smart and we try to cultivate a community of learners that truly believe in themselves!

In my kindergarten classroom, we use a variety of learning methods to stay engaged in the learning process each day.

You might see some students using hands on materials, some using technology and others learning in a small group setting, all at the same time!

My Project

My little kindergarten warriors love hands-on learning and showcasing their creative thinking and inquiry based skills. We would love to have complete STEM bins kits to help us show our thinking. These bins are complete with materials for my little learners to use to have fun thinking and creatively solving problems. They can even be used to support social skills work and morning work in our kindergarten classroom. A win-win! These bins would provide engaging activities for my students to think outside the box and showcase 21st century learning! We are excited to show off our creativity with STEM!
