My Project

My students are future scientists, tech innovators, engineers, artists, and mathematicians eager to change the world. We are a small university town with a sizable English language learner population and a Title I assisted school filled with students who are eager to take ownership of their learning and build 21st-century skills.

My students are passionate about learning, and your donation will make it possible for them to solve real-world problems through critical thinking and design processes.

They are critical thinkers and hands-on learners who are eager to solve problems and change the world. Having 3D printers in our classroom makerspace allows students to use STEAM concepts to bring their creations to life.

To do that, we need different types of 3D printer filament... and a lot of it.

Having access and practice with this technology at a young age can help spark a passion for learning about STEM and STEM careers that I desperately hope to cultivate in my students.

My classes will benefit from having the ability to use these materials throughout the year as they design and print solutions to the real-world problems of today and tomorrow.
