Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Kids do best in school when they can play to learn. STEM learning tools can make that happen. They will use these games and materials to learn different ways to practice counting, learn number order, learn how to add and subtract and have fun doing it.
Math manipulatives and visuals make learning more exciting---especially for english language learning who are not only learning new skills, but learning an entirely new language.
Worksheets have their place, but moving manipulatives, flexible surfaces and small math groups give my kinders a love for learning. They love to play and learn at the same time. Thank you for your donation.
