My Project
All of the selected items were chosen for their manipulation factor. My students thoroughly enjoy hands-on activities, but it's often difficult to provide them such materials due to our limited budget.
Each item will help my students to better understand the content and put different principles into action.
We go over Contact and Noncontact Forces in 8th grade, and we review Chemistry, among other concepts, throughout the year in preparation for MAP testing.
My students are eager to learn and would really benefit from the STEM items selected. They really get into building and problem-solving when it's something they can manipulate.
