This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Currently, students are checking out STEM-related books, but they are looking for materials to help them build and create based on the instructions in the books. We want to change that!

I am requesting scissors to help cut and craft the various materials available in our school library's makerspace, along with a flashlight to help students see better and batteries to supply the electronics that students use while in the makerspace.

Having these materials in our library will make learning even more exciting! Students can work together, solve problems, and see how STEM is all around us. Overall, it will help our Bulldogs scholars become great thinkers and creators!

I can't wait to get a rocket soon!
