This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I am requesting test prep materials to help our students prepare for crucial tests that impact their ability to obtain scholarships from colleges and universities. These materials will be used by my AP Environmental classes and the students who attend test prep sessions during after-school tutoring.
I believe test prep is imperative to close the achievement gap and to help our students earn the scholarships they need to attend college.
We want to give our students opportunities and help them reach their full potential. Doing well on an AP exam and the ACT could make the difference between acceptance or rejection into college. I hope that you will choose to support my students and their ambitions.
