Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As you know, STEM education is essential for preparing children for the future workforce. It helps them develop critical thinking skills, problem-solving skills, and creativity. Unfortunately, many underprivileged children do not have access to the resources they need to receive a quality STEM education.

My students are very eager and curious to learn and explore the digital world.

They look forward to our STEM program and embrace every challenge with the most positive attitude. They work collaboratively supporting each other as they accomplish their tasks.

Since most of my students come from low-income households, their exposure to computer science, STEM, and coding will be impossible without your help. I run the STEM after-school program, where first and second-grade students learn about algorithms, coding, and robotics. Our materials are limited therefore, I'm looking to expand our supplies with Sphero and STEM kits and building resources to enhance my students' learning.

I am reaching out to generous individuals and organizations like yours to help me provide STEM supplies for my students. Your donation would make a real difference in the lives of these children. With your help, my students will be able to be innovators, creators, and problem solvers of tomorrow.
