My Project

Our Family and Consumer Science class has enjoyed using the hydroponic garden to complete STEM activities during the year. We are looking to get new root pods and nutrients to keep this indoor garden growing in the future. Students love to watching lettuce, herbs and flowers grow in our classroom. We look at how plants go from seeds to actual herbs and vegetables we use in our kitchens. The collapsible bins will be used to store the nutrients and pods to keep them organized. Lastly, our students are getting new iPads next year and the headphones we currently have won't be able to be put into the iPad. The adapters will allow us to still continue to use headphones in our classroom.
