This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My class is composed of 4th grade gifted and advanced students. There are 26 students in my class. They are intrinsically driven and enjoy learning through technology. Since many of them are creative and competitive, they like to make their projects stand out, and proudly display them. We continuously work on different STEM projects throughout the year and would love to be able to display the final product in the classroom in color.
My Project
We are currently working on a Pop Art project and it would be wonderful to be able to print in color and display them in the classroom. Having a color printer will give my students the opportunity to print many of their STEM projects, as well as supporting resources, and display them. Our school has one color printer in the office, and with the expenses involved with cartridges, its use is limited. It would be an immense joy to have our own classroom color printer for all our creative projects.
