My Project

I have gifted and talented students this school year who crave the extra challenge to reach their potential in my classroom.
I would like to support them by providing them the resources that is lacking in my classroom.
My students are curious and motivated learners. They come from very diverse cultural backgrounds, and many are receiving free or reduced-price lunch. I would like to foster their engineering problem solving skills to be competitive at the national level and to prepare them for college and their career as well.
My students will explore the world of cells using a compound microscope. They will be able to visually compare different cells from various organisms.
I am fortunate to teach a group of passionate young minds that are full of potential. However, several of them are being presented with challenges in life and are in need of extra support and encouragement. They are in need of engaging and thought-provoking activities. I am hoping that with the added technology in the classroom, I will be able to motivate students further, build their confidence, and increase their learning.
