My Students
My class this year will be young children still learning and loving their experience in the educational system. I will have a very diverse group of students from the community with many different backgrounds. Some will have amazing support at home when others will not. All students love hands-on, and visual learning experiences that will develop their minds.
My students want to learn how to become creative and independent thinkers.
They enjoying the STEM approach to learning, because they can use many different approaches to complete the work. The students love to learn new things through the hands on STEM approach.
My Project
Through hands on manipulation of different materials students will be given the opportunity to create and make scientific investigations. Through this they will not have self doubt in their ability to create.
By students scientific investigation they will learn how to create a motor.
This will help build my students self-esteem in their ability to making something that moves. Helping students to use the creative thinking and investigation skills will make them life long learners in the future. Students will take a risk and try to do hard things in their life.
