My students are creative, inquisitive, and love to ask questions! They thrive on any type of hands-on projects and thoroughly enjoy any type of challenges that allow them to think outside the box and come up with the answer in a non traditional way.
My students do not all learn by the same method, therefore I incorporate many methods in my daily teaching to help me reach all my students.
Hands on learning gets them up and moving and their mind engaged more. They love to do activities that are engaging and get their brain going.
My Project
My students love to be challenged and figure out how to solve "tough" problems. These STEM kits will allow them a chance to use higher level thinking skills, and think "outside the box" to solve problems, and build things. STEM kits also allow my students to see that there is more than one way to "solve" things. They will be using higher level thinking skills, which will also help them sharpen their problem solving skills.
My students love to build and make new things and these STEM kits will quickly become a classroom favorite.
They will not realize they are learning while having fun!
