Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students learn best when lessons are interactive and exploratory. When I implement lessons that combine STEAM activities, my students are more engaged in the topic we're learning about.
Donating to our project will help increase student attention, focus, and academic achievement.
Incorporating STEAM into the curriculum allows my students to experience exploration, questioning, research, discovery, and exercise innovation.
STEAM stands for Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math. There are many benefits to teaching STEAM lessons. First, they expose students to the creative process. These lessons offer meaningful collaboration. STEAM increases critical thinking.
STEAM also provides a unique way to problem-solve. In addition, STEAM gives all students hands-on learning experiences. The requested Legos and StoryTales will give my students a basic framework to think critically; these items will contribute to developing their problem-solving and creative skills.
