This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our 4th grade classrooms are in need for quality headphones for all our students.

Students are engaged in independent centers during Math & Science.

Students need headphones with microphones to engage with our learning apps. For example, students record themselves for science presentations sharing what they know. They read scientific texts and record themselves reading along with listen back to their voice recordings. Students also spend a lot of time researching National Geographic for science lessons.

If all students have quality headphones they can all engage with the apps, maximize their learning time, and have a more enjoyable experience during independent centers.
