Help me give my students materials for STEM projects. Students need hands-on science experiences. These items may seem basic, but they will give my students opportunities to create and explore.
This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Project
Help me give my students more hands-on science projects! These items will allow students my students to try engineering projects. They can use these materials to build and explore.
Engineering has been an ever-growing subject.
Students are learning the engineering design process. This includes asking a question, imagining, planning, creating, experimenting, and improving. Basic supplies such as masking tape and cups give us a great range in planning projects.
This is a Title I school in a low-income area. Students need materials in order to succeed. These materials would give students better access to the curriculum, as there are many lessons that require different items. Next year, students will be taking state testing, and hands-on materials will help them prepare for the new format.
