The kindergartners at Monett Elementary School are exceptional kiddos. These kids strive to do their very best everyday. We are constantly working on improving our foundation skills, to make us the best learners we can be.

We incorporate technology into our learning whenever possible. We, however, also do some things the traditional way, it just depends on how we learn best.

My Project
I want students to be engaged in the day from the moment they walk into the classroom. This is my plan for these stem activities. I think it is important for kids to have independence and learn to try things on their own. These activities will provide students with the opportunity to make mistakes and have successes.
I want to create morning tubs that bring all the components of STEM to life.
These tubs will have the students looking forward to coming to school, wondering what they are going to be able to build today. The students will love to play as they learn!
