My students need K'NEX bridge-making sets to incorporate STEM activities for successful learning.
FULLY FUNDED! Ms. Taylor's classroom raised $179
This project is fully funded
My Students
My students need motivation and engaging lessons. We need hands-on manipulatives, not just paper and pencil!
Our school budget limits the amount of technology available to produce effective students.
While the world speeds by outside of us, kids are in classrooms not equipped to develop their needs for success. They are eager for more instruments in the class to build their knowledge and self-esteem.
Our students need hands-on activities to master critical problem solving and thinking today. Paper and pencil just don't work anymore.
At an 86% poverty level, our kids could use as many outside donations as we can get!
My Project
Student will use the building STEM supplies to work on critical thinking areas, including all aspects of STEM--science, technology, engineering, and math. They will use the bridge kits to work on projects that construct bridges that can survive earthquakes and are cost-effective. This can be incorporated through all subjects and shared with other teachers at school, as well as disassembled and used year-to-year.
Our fast changing world is STEM-enriched.
We need supplies to prepare our students for this new technological world, and to ensure their success. Mounting needs for technology can't compete with our dwindling school budgets. Kids need tools in the classroom to prepare them for our high-tech world. Students need hands-on learning to master critical problem solving and thinking today.
