Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

With this project, my goal is to have my students develop an admiration for math. With the books and math supplies, the students will have an opportunity to use hands-on materials and read about how real-life people have made a significant impact in the STEM world. In addition, the pens will be a great tool to use as the students explore math, making corrections as they learn! Lastly, the TPT gift card will allow me access to diverse STEM resources so that I can meet all of my students' needs.

As a math teacher, I feel the need to encourage students to not be afraid of the subject - and instead embrace the challenges and learn and grow!
