This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) education in preschool curricula. Recognizing the significance of early exposure to these disciplines lays a foundation for lifelong learning and success.

In the formative years of preschool, children's minds are exceptionally receptive to new concepts and experiences.

Introducing STEM activities at this stage cultivates curiosity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. These foundational elements not only enhance academic readiness but also foster a mindset of exploration and innovation.

STEM education is not merely about learning specific subjects; it is about instilling a holistic approach to inquiry and discovery. By engaging young minds in hands-on activities that involve building, experimenting, and observing, we encourage a natural inclination towards exploration and experimentation.
