Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Our students enjoy STEM projects and get so excited when they get to go to STEM class for specials. I would like to incorporate more STEM opportunities throughout the day during small group/center time. These items will provide multiple opportunities to create and recreate in the classroom. The building kits will allow students to create a project at school and take home to share with their families.

Students would be able to work with each other, share ideas, and experiment all while learning.

To make this possible we need to add and refill our class with STEM materials. Funding our project means that my students will design and build the world they wish to see, while gaining skills they will use for years.
