My students are excited and ready to learn every day. They enjoy creating, imagining, and inquiring about the world around them. They are full of wonderful ideas and they inspire me every day! Every single child in my classroom is talented.
It is my job to help my students find and explore their talents.
Our school of enrichment allows our students to find, use, and enhance their talents during cluster time. Cluster time is when students choose an interest and then meet every Wednesday to learn more about that interest.
My Project
My students need STEM materials to use during our STEM time on Wednesdays and for inside recess.
The STEM materials will include an Osmo kit, an origami kit, Snap Circuits, and VR glasses.
Students will rotate through stations so they can experience many different STEM activities. The Osmo kit allows them to practice addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. It also allows students to practice spelling. The origami kit allows students to practice following directions and using fine motor skills. The Snap Circuits allow students to explore and create new things. The VR glasses will allow students to travel on virtual field trips!
