This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are a hard-working, lively, bright, and kind group of fourth graders. We learn and work hard every day to achieve our goals and become well-rounded adults. Our school is in the Central Valley of California.

My students come from all different backgrounds and experiences.

They range from English learners who struggle with basic tasks and show large growth to students who are years ahead academically. My students are curious and have a love of learning. They have so many questions about how the world works.

My Project

Our school is a school with a focus on Arts and Technology. STEM skills are in demand and necessary for my students jobs and future. It can be hard to acquire funds and materials needed for this invaluable subject to be fully taught and executed.

I see the desire of my 4th graders to be creative and engineers and I want to make sure they have experience problem solving.

With your donation to our project, my students will have so many opportunities to build and problem solve using these high quality and highly motivational STEM challenge kits. Here's to the next generation of engineers!
