This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My kids love arts and crafts. I try to incorporate as many as possible into our daily lessons to help solidify learning. The kids get to practice following directions and their fine motor skills. Sometimes, we just do them for fun!

This project's arts and crafts kits will be used for daily lessons and fun!

Every Friday we have "Fun Friday". I try to base our activity on something we learned throughout the week. Sometimes, it's just a fun thing to do. The crafts in this project will be used on our Fun Fridays. The shell painting kits are a "just for fun" craft. Many kids love painting this year, so those are for them. The suncatcher craft will accompany our life cycles unit- we will grow butterflies after spring break!
