Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are first graders in a STEM magnet class. This will be their first year in a magnet class where they will be participating in STEM related projects and using more technology in their learning. Most of my students come from low-income households and are second language learners.

My Project

My students will be learning the connections between science, technology, engineering and mathematics while working with others to solve real world problems and create solutions.

I will be preparing my students to use technology in their learning, sharing, and researching.

But in order to help them to do that I will need the proper tech myself!

Please help me purchase a drawing pad/stylus and earphones/mic so that I can effectively teach during distance learning and prepare these kiddos the skills required to think critically and creatively, and communicate their thinking with others!
