Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The material I chose will be used in the classroom to build social emotional skills such as working together, taking turns, communicating, and helping one another. All the activities will include partner work or in group work. The hands-on activites chosen are assorted magnet building tiles and building blocks. Students can build a variety of things using magnetic balls and rods, from 2D numbers and letters to 3D animals and vehicles. Other activities include wooden train set and large floor puzzles which will promotes hand-eye coordination and problem-solving skills for the student.
