Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Please help my students foster their curiosity, cognitive development, problem solving skills, and exploration with the STEM toys- magnetic blocks, magnetic shapes, and building toys. Students will use the STEM toys during intervention time and after breakfast. Students love to explore and build the few STEM toys we currently have and would love more toys to explore!
The veterinarian dramatic play set and STEM toys will encourage positive social skills, problem solving skills, communication skills, and more!
Students play in the dramatic play center daily during intervention time and when we have indoor recess. This time is so important for students who are learning the English language and for students to grow their social skills.
