This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The development of skills that build creativity has a tremendous impact on student's lives. My students are striving to develop lifelong skills that will help them enjoy school as well as be productive post-secondary. They are creative, and kind, and strive for excellence! We are working on building our social-emotional skills which will set them up for success now and in the future.
Students will use the Cricut to create cards, stickers and other things they can think of to help build their social-emotional skills as well as executive functioning skills.
Students will be able to choose the font they like best and choose a color that will show ownership of their projects. We will make our classroom a more fun, learning environment through creativity and technology.
Nearly all students from low‑income households
