This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I am having after-school tutoring for my 8th grade Math and Algebra 1 class. I am also goig to help them prepeare for the PSAT and the TSI. These items will help me by giving them a snack and treat after-school. We will also be displaying vocabulary words all over the school, staircase, cafeteria using heavy duty tape to help students see these words multiple times a day. I am really excited to see all that my students will create this year to help eachother learn. Having the snacks and seeing the work they created displayed will create a sense of pride in them and want them to come back for the next session.
