My Project

These materials and supplies for STEM activities already have a place in my classroom. STEM has been proven to help my students be successful in my class and students have come back to me and told me how my classroom activities and STEM assignments have truly helped them. I do STEM activities in my classroom frequently. The kids really enjoy all things STEM.

These STEM activities will be used for students to build relationships and to think critically.

The large carpet will be placed in the front of the classroom and used as a gathering place during mini-lessons and share time. The STEM supplies and workbooks will be used during my STEM lessons. The organizational baskets will be placed on the shelves in the back of our classroom and will help keep our supplies neat and run smoothly from day to day. The small white board will be used during group times for students to work together for the STEM activities. The blue tape will help with projects and to help label things.

The donations to this project will help to improve my students understanding of and competency in a very meaningful way. We will use these materials to aide us in the process of becoming life-long learners. Most of my students come from low-income homes.

They face so many obstacles but they continue to strive to improve. These materials will be a huge step with helping my students grow more academically this year. My goal is for every student to have a very successful year by making drastic improvements in all school work. In addition, I would like to see all students improve socially. These materials will assist me with these goals. Thank you for your support and helping each of my students be successful this school year!
